Career stats: Jerry would play in 53 games. In 1982 he got his shot and was 10-10 as a starter for the Tigers. He gave up The next season he had a 7.15 ERA in 34 innings. He caught on with Cleveland for one more year and he was 1-2 in that last season with a 6.91 ERA.

Ogilvie homered in his first 3 at bats and then was intentionally walked in the 8th. Despite his team scoring 7 runs, he only had 4 plate appearances.
